Cancellation Policy

By Continuing to use services provided by Top Marks Tutoring Ltd, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Top Marks Tutoring Ltd reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, the most up to date Terms and conditions can be found on our website www.topmarkstutoring.net We will also notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions via our webpage, email or in person. Please note Top Marks Tutoring Ltd cannot be held responsible for grades which do not meet the student’s or point person’s expectation. Please be aware that we may be unable to tutor for longer than our agreed time as this has a knock-on effect to our other students and schedule. Each hour session will include 15 minutes discussion, Q&A and 45 minutes of quality teaching time. If a student should arrive later than their allocated time, the session may still run from the agreed times and the usual charge will apply. This tutoring agreement may be terminated at any time by any party. If we must end the tutoring relationship for some reason, we will do my very best to give sufficient notice and provide referrals if requested. If you have block paid and terminate the tutoring agreement we may be able to refund the any unused lessons providing 24 hours’ notice is given before the next scheduled tuition lesson. If you terminate the agreement with a tuition lesson in less than 24 hours we may be unable to give a full refund for that lesson, the £20 cancellation fee will apply for that lesson. If you have block paid and Top Marks Tutoring Ltd terminate the tutoring agreement, then we will issue a refund for any unused tuition lessons. Payment options are: 1. Book a block of sessions and pay for them all upfront as an one off payment. 2. Per session Payment Types: Cash Payment on the day Debit Card (Not Credit Card) Payment on the Day Bank Transfer Payment within 24 Hours of the Lesson. PayPal payments Failure to pay will mean an admin fee of £5 may be added to the invoice, and tutoring will not continue until the invoice has been paid in full.
